If you want an easy and delicious dessert, do not forget to try these rompope light gelatin with a chocolate cream with a touch of Greek yogurt that give it an extraordinary twist. It's a delicious dessert with a combination of sensational textures!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® milk light rompope flavor, (20 g)
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 3/4 cups greek yogurt, fat-free
  • 1/4 cups bitter chocolate, molten
  • 1 cup jocoque, to decorate
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey, to decorate
  • to taste almond, chopped to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the D'Gari® light milk gelatin with egg yolk and ½ liter of milk at room temperature and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate.
Fill ¾ of the glasses with the gelatine and refrigerate until set.
For the chocolate cream, mix the Greek yogurt with the melted chocolate.
Add 2 tablespoons of the chocolate cream to the gelatin cups and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Beat the jocoque with the honey until it has a smooth consistency. Decorate the glasses with this mixture and almonds.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with chocolate cream and jocoque.

TIPS

You can change the jocoque for a little light cream cheese.
