Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 half and half cream
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cups Water, cool
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 3/4 cups milk

Preparation

Heat the milk, cream and eggnog.
Hydrates and melts the grenetina; pour it into the milk and move constantly.
Empty in individual molds or in a refractory; refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with ground cinnamon, raisins, almonds and nuts.

TIPS

You can make it with rompope cappuccino flavor.
