Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a balloon mixer, mix the butter with the sugar until the butter is creamy, that is, it maintains a soft and fluffy consistency. Add the egg piece, the yolk and the lemon zest. Mix for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Add the flour and milk little by little, and mix for 5 minutes until it forms a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.
In a bowl mix the butter, sugar and flour, beat for 5 minutes or until you have a homogeneous dough and separate from the bowl. Reservation.
Sprinkle a little flour on the table, place the dough and form a roll of 1 cm in diameter, as shown in the video, cut pieces of 10 cm long and join to form mini threads, place a little of the crust on the thread, place the cookies on a tray and reserve. Freeze the cookies for 10 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove the small cookie threads from the refrigerator. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Take the cookies out of the oven. Let cool and varnish with the apricot jam, add the tie strips to decorate. Serve accompanied by a glass of milk. Enjoy!
