Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 760 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 300 grams chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut liqueur, (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cups red fruit

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the cookie crumbs and the butter; Press the mixture firmly on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add melted chocolate and liquor; mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing them at low speed until they are combined. Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until the center is almost set. Pass a knife or metal spatula over the edge of the mold to loosen the cake. Allow to cool before removing from the mold.
