Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookies
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 760 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 300 grams of chocolate melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of hazelnut liqueur (optional)
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of powder sugar
  • 1/3 of Cup of red fruit

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the cookie crumbs and the butter; Press the mixture firmly on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 10 minutes.
    Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add melted chocolate and liquor; mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing them at low speed until they are combined. Pour the mixture over the crust.
