These cupcakes are ideal for a gathering between friends. They are delicious cupcakes with a pinkish color, you are going to love them!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 220 grams sugar, White Preference
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 milliliters Red wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 115 grams unsalted butter, For The Cream
  • 300 grams powdered sugar, For The Cream
  • 40 milliliters Red wine, For The Cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, For The Cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice, For The Cream

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180º C and prepare the cupcake tray with the liners. Sift the flour with the baking powder and reserve.
Beat the butter with the sugar until they are integrated and the mixture is clear.
Add the eggs, one by one, and the extracts, beating until just incorporated.
Add half the flour and beat on low speed until evenly blended.
Then pour in the wine and blend again. Add the other half of the flour and beat until the result is homogeneous.
Sift with garnet food coloring (optional).
Spread the mixture on the liners, and bake for 22-25 minutes. Let cool in the mold for 5 minutes and then transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack, until they are completely cool.
To prepare the cream, sift the powdered sugar and put it in a bowl together with the rest of the ingredients. Beat at maximum speed for at least 5 minutes. Sift with the garnet coloring and decorate with the open star nozzle.

PRESENTATION

Serve them on a pretty tray.

TIPS

Take the butter out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before, that way it will soften.
