The Santiago cake is traditional Galician cuisine. An almond-based dessert, with a soft and delicious texture. It is a perfect dessert for special occasions; prepare it, do not wait any longer.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of almond powdered
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 200 grams of Orange zest
  • 5 grams of ground cinnamon
  • 200 grams of powder sugar to decorate
  • 1 piece of orange in supreme, to decorate
  • 80 grams of Strawberry in rooms, to decorate.
  • 70 grams of lyncott cream to decorate

    Preparation

    Mix the ground almonds with the sugar, flour, orange zest and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Incorporate the eggs one by one and beat with a wooden shovel.
    Grease and flour a cake mold and pour the preparation.
    Bake at 180 ° C for approximately 30 minutes.
    Once out of the oven, let cool perfectly and unmold.
