The Santiago cake is traditional Galician cuisine. An almond-based dessert, with a soft and delicious texture. It is a perfect dessert for special occasions; prepare it, do not wait any longer.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams flour
  • 200 grams almond, powdered
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams Orange zest
  • 5 grams cinnamon powder
  • 200 grams powdered sugar, to decorate
  • 1 orange, in supreme, to decorate
  • 80 grams strawberry, in rooms, to decorate.
  • 70 grams whipping cream, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the ground almonds with the sugar, flour, orange zest and cinnamon in a bowl.
Incorporate the eggs one by one and beat with a wooden shovel.
