  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 250 grams bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Preparation

Start by making the tart dough: Beat the flour, sugar and salt with an electric mixer . Add the butter and the yolk and beat until it has a crumbly mass.
Grease 8 molds for tartlets and sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into 8 and place a ball in each mold. With your hands flatten the ball and use your fingers to make the edges of the tart. With a fork, pierce the base of each tartlet a little.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the tartlets for 19 minutes or until golden brown.
To make the chocolate filling: In a pot, boil the whipped cream. Once it boils remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Beat until the chocolate has dissolved.
Add the egg and beat with a balloon whisk.
Place the filling in the tartlets and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
