Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a cake pan with the butter.
Mix the cheese, the milk, the egg and the vanilla, until there are no lumps. This can also be done in blender at slow speed.
Grind the biscuit packet until they are powdered and mix with the melted butter to form a dough. Once the dough is ready, go cover the mold with it, without leaving empty spaces. The amount of mass depends on the taste of each one.
Add the cheese mixture to the mold and put in the oven. In 40 minutes introduce a toothpick, if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let cool.
