In a deep bowl mix? of rum cup and? Espresso cup. Using half of the cookies, submerge half of each in the rum with espresso and place the cookies in a 23 x 30 cm glass container.
Pour half of the espresso cream over the cookies. Repeat another layer of cookies and put the other half of the cream on them.
With a spoon flatten the cream and cover with plastic to refrigerate for one night.
Before serving decorate with chocolate and sugar glass.
