Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 20 baking cups
  • 1/2 cups milk caramel, liquid

Preparation

The bananas are crushed and placed in a bowl. The eggs are added and beaten until frothed. ARE RESERVED.
The flour, sugar, salt and bicarbonate loosen 3 times and are incorporated into the banana mixture gently until everything is very well integrated.
The nuts are integrated. The whole mixture is emptied in a square mold previously greased and floured and baked at 175 ° C for 50 minutes.
Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool covered with a cloth dryer at room temperature.
Already cold it is cut into regular sized squares and placed in paper cups.

PRESENTATION

They are placed in a dish and the cajeta is decorated by vertical lines or simply sprinkle some sugar glass.

TIPS

So that the nuts do not go to the bottom it is advisable to flour them a little before adding them to the mixture and so they will be distributed evenly.
