These oatmeal cookies include raisins and have a very smooth texture. You can add some chocolate chips and in this way give a twist to the recipe. They are simply perfect to share at home or to offer to someone special; You can always enjoy them with a fresh glass of milk.

Ingredients

40 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 cups oats, "old fashioned" style
  • 1 cup raisin

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325 ° F. Place baking paper upon cookie sheets.
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool a little.
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a blender , beat the melted butter with brown sugar and regular sugar. Add cinnamon, vanilla, egg, egg yolk and beat for another few minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add the flour and stir until mixed.
Add oats and raisins. Stir
Place 1/4 cup of the ball-shaped mixture on the cookie sheets (separated so they do not stick) until the whole dough is used.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.

TIPS

You should not over cook these cookies or they will become hard.

Me quedaron riquísimas. Yo tuve q hacer un par de variantes xq no tenía mantequilla en casa ni pasas ni azúcar blanca(no la uso) pero gracias por la receta. Soy mala para la repostería pero estuvo fácil y me salio super!! Saludos

Las prepare!! Solo cambie las pasas por arándanos!! Quedaron muy dulces, para la próxima pondré menos azúcar..... En si, deliciosas!!
