This jelly recipe is a mix of different flavors of D'Gari® jellies, with a special touch that gives it a stardust effect, as if it were a galaxy. It is fun and ideal to share with the family and children.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups Water, hot, (625 ml)
  • 1 on D´Gari® blueberry gelatin dessert, 120 g
  • 2 1/2 cups Water, hot, (625 ml)
  • 1 on D ’Gari® cherry flavor gelatin, 120 g
  • 2 1/2 cups Water, hot, (625 ml)
  • 1 on D´Gari® gelatin mango flavor, 120 g
  • 2 1/2 cups Water, hot, (625 ml)
  • 1 on D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, pineapple flavor, 120 g
  • enough edible diamond, silver, blue and aqua green

Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve the Wildberry flavor D'Gari® Gelatin in the hot water, if necessary, add a little blue food coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until a semi-curd texture is obtained.
In a bowl, dissolve the cherry flavor D'Gari® Gelatin in the hot water, if necessary, add a little red food coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes or until a semi-set texture is obtained.
In a bowl, dissolve the Mango flavor D'Gari® Gelatin in the hot water, if necessary, add a little yellow food coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until a semi-curd texture is obtained.
In a bowl, dissolve the D'Gari® Pineapple Flavored Crystal Gelatin in the hot water. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until a semi-curd texture is obtained.
Once the gelatins are semi-set, add a generous amount of the edible diamond powder to each one; Mix until you see diamond in all the spaces, it should simulate stardust.
To assemble the gelatin, in the mold you have chosen, pour the gelatins while they are still semi-set, start with the crystalline gelatin and alternate each one so that the colors are combined. Once the mold is full, tap it against the surface to finish settling the gelatins and remove the air; Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Unmold the gelatin and serve on a plate, add a little more edible diamond on the surface.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and add a little more edible diamond on the top.

TIPS

It is important that the texture is semi-set when adding the edible diamond to each of the jellies, otherwise it will not have the effect of stardust suspended in space.
