Take out the creativity and make these chocolate cupcakes in the shape of a spider, you will surprise your guests!

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 140 grams chocolate, semi bitter
  • 3 egg yolks, for bitumen
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for bitumen
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, for bitumen
  • 1 1/2 bars unsalted butter, for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, for bitumen
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, for bitumen
  • 100 grams chocolate, for bitumen
  • 1 bag M&Ms
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip
  • 1 bag gummy, of worms

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Grease the mold of the cupcakes and flour.
Mix the baking powder, flour and salt.
Acre the butter with an electric mixer at medium speed. Go adding the sugar until it is fluffy.
Go adding the eggs one at a time to the blender . Add the vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture in 3 parts, alternate with the milk with lemon drops (little flour, little milk, so on).
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add to the mixture.
Divide the mixture between the cupcake molds and it is important that you fill 3/4 each.
Bake for 20 minutes, check if cupcakes are ready, but continue to bake until ready.
To prepare the bitumen. Place egg yolks, evaporated milk, brown sugar and butter over medium heat in a hot pot.
Stir until thick (10 min). Put on top of the cupcakes.
When the cupcake is already with the bitumen, put on chocolate chips and 2 lunettes of the same color.
With green ties make the legs of the spider. You can use worm gummies.

PRESENTATION

Put the cupcakes one after another to simulate that there are many spiders.
