Preheat the oven to 180 ° C ( 356°F)
On a surface, forms a cone shape with the flour, adds the sugar, the salt, the butter and with a scraper, work the dough until reaching a sandy texture.
Add the egg yolk, the vanilla essence and the water, knead until obtaining a homogeneous dough, cover with non-stick plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 min.
