These rich cakes are covered in whipped cream and strawberries. They have a rich crust with orange zest that gives a crunchy and rich touch to the flavor of whipped cream and strawberries. It is a dessert that many will surely ask for. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel, grated
  • 2 cups strawberry, disinfected, washed and cut in halves

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a rectangular baking dish with butter and a little flour.
Mix flour, baking powder, 5 tablespoons of sugar and salt with a fork.
Place the mixture in a food processor, add the butter and mix until it begins to form a dough.
Add 1 cup of whipping cream and the orange peel and continue mixing.
With your hands finish by kneading the dough on a clean surface with a little flour. Place the dough in the refractory and bake for 20 minutes or until the cake is lightly browned. Remove from the oven.
Allow the cake to cool on a rack while beating 1 cup of whipping cream with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Cut the cake in rectangular and on each rectangular make shapes with a pouch of cream to beat and strawberries.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the pies with mint leaves or custard.

En el punto numero 4 dice agregar 1 tz de crema para batir...a la mezcla de la masa?

La masa es espectacular, creo que la mejor que he probado en mi vida. Para la crema yo hice crema pastelera en vez de crema batida y también sabe increíble!
