Preparation
In a bowl, soak the corn leaves in hot water for 15 minutes or until softened. Reservation.
Beat the butter, with the sugar until it is creamy and change color.
Add little by little the tamales flour, the salt, the Rexal® Baking Powder, the milk and the nut. Beat until fully integrated.
Place two tablespoons of dough on a tamale sheet and add chocolate in the center, close.
Cook in a steamer and for 1 hour or until cooked.
