Place the butter in the mixer bowl until completely smooth, add the cream cheese, let them mix perfectly, and gradually add the powdered sugar and flour (the flour must be sifted). Once all the ingredients are mixed, knead for about 5 minutes and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the dulce de leche with the 2 yolks for the filling. Shape the balls and flatten them with a tortilla press, place the filling, and close them by folding the edge with your fingertips. Place them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven; once they are slightly golden, take them out and sprinkle the sugar mixed with cinnamon. (Mix these last 2 ingredients beforehand).
