  • 500 grams of curd
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt natural, 0%
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 5 spoonfuls of Sugar substitute
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • enough of raspberry frozen
  • enough of mint

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 160°C. (320°F)
    Blend cottage cheese with yoghurt, cornstarch, sugar substitute, egg and butter.
    Pour the previous preparation into a tart pan and bake for 40 minutes or until well cooked. Remove and let cool.
    Decorate with raspberries and mint. Refrigerate until serving.
