Ingredients

  • 500 grams curd
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, natural, 0%
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons Sugar substitute
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • enough raspberry, frozen
  • enough peppermint

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160°C. (320°F)
Blend cottage cheese with yoghurt, cornstarch, sugar substitute, egg and butter.
Pour the previous preparation into a tart pan and bake for 40 minutes or until well cooked. Remove and let cool.
Decorate with raspberries and mint. Refrigerate until serving.

El tiempo de cocción está totalmente mal. Con el horno a 175C ha llevado 2h 30 min para estar listo. Y ya la hice 2 veces así que se de lo que hablo !!!!
