Confetti Crepes rolls

Indulge the little ones at home with a delicious and colorful dessert, with this recipe for Confetti Crepes Roll. To make crepes, you do not need to use a blender, because the speed can cause the mixture to be faulty. The most important thing so that the rolls are perfect, is to freeze them.


4 portions
  • 1 cup Flour prepared for Three-Star Crepes®
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 package cream cheese, for the filling (190 g)
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1 cup peach in syrup, cut into cubes
  • enough Chochitos, of colors, to decorate


In a bowl mix the flour prepared for crepes from Tres Estrellas® with milk until you have a light mixture.
In a skillet for cooking the hot crepes over medium heat, pour a little of the previous mixture and spread until covering the pan with a light layer. Cook for 2 minutes on both sides. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar until incorporated.
Place a bit of cheese on each crepe, add the peach cubes and roll up. Freeze until firm
Remove the rolls from the freezer when frozen and cut them to the size of a bite.
Decorate with the cream and sprinkle with chochitos.


On a plate, accompanied by a glass of milk.


A good crepe is very thin. You can store the already cooked crepes in a plastic bag for up to 3 days or mix 1 day. The use of the blender is not recommended. For the crepe rolls to be perfect it is important to freeze them, in this way they will be firm when cutting.
