Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup milk, for the crepes
  • 1/3 cups flour, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for crepes
  • 1 egg, for the crepes
  • 1/8 cups Strawberry McCormick® Marmalade, for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, for the crepes
  • enough Red food dye, for the crepes
  • enough oil
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons Strawberry McCormick® Marmalade, to serve
  • to taste red fruit
  • to taste peach in syrup, to serve
  • to taste peppermint, to serve

Preparation

For crepes, blend the milk with flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla and coloring to form a homogeneous mixture.
In a Teflon pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with an absorbent paper. Add a little of the crepe mixture and spread, cook over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, turning halfway through cooking. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and the lemon zest.
Fill the crepes with the previous mix and serve with more McCormick® strawberry marmalade, red berries, peach and mint.

PRESENTATION

Serve the crepes stuffed with cheese and garnish with red berries, peach, mint and McCormick® marmalade.

TIPS

The mixture of crepes should not be too liquid or too thick, look for a midpoint. Use the necessary amount of dye to reach the desired color.
