Preparation
For crepes, blend the milk with flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla and coloring to form a homogeneous mixture.
In a Teflon pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with an absorbent paper. Add a little of the crepe mixture and spread, cook over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, turning halfway through cooking. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and the lemon zest.
Fill the crepes with the previous mix and serve with more McCormick® strawberry marmalade, red berries, peach and mint.
