Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of milk for the crepes
  • 1/3 of Cup of flour for the crepes
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for crepes
  • 1 piece of egg for the crepes
  • 1/8 of Cup of Strawberry McCormick® Marmalade for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for the crepes
  • enough of Red food dye for the crepes
  • enough of oil
  • 2 cups of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 4 spoonfuls of Strawberry McCormick® Marmalade to serve
  • to taste of red fruit
  • to taste of peach in syrup to serve
  • to taste of mint to serve

    Preparation

    For crepes, blend the milk with flour, butter, egg, McCormick® strawberry jam, vanilla and coloring to form a homogeneous mixture.
    In a Teflon pan, pour a little oil and remove the excess with an absorbent paper. Add a little of the crepe mixture and spread, cook over medium heat until the crepe is cooked, turning halfway through cooking. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
    For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and the lemon zest.
    Fill the crepes with the previous mix and serve with more McCormick® strawberry marmalade, red berries, peach and mint.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the crepes stuffed with cheese and garnish with red berries, peach, mint and McCormick® marmalade.

    TIPS

    The mixture of crepes should not be too liquid or too thick, look for a midpoint. Use the necessary amount of dye to reach the desired color.
