Ingredients: 3/4 cups Gamesa® pancake mix, prepared according to package instructions; 3 eggs; 1 cup cow's milk; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons butter; 3 tablespoons butter, for the apples; 6 cups green apple, thinly sliced; 1/4 cups maple syrup; 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon; icing sugar, for decoration

In a blender, place the prepared hot cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Blend at medium speed until you have a smooth mixture. Let it rest for 5 minutes and blend again for 5-10 seconds. Melt some butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. When the butter starts to brown a little, lower the heat to medium-low and add 2 tablespoons of the prepared batter. Move the skillet by hand to cover the surface.
