We add all the ingredients (except the oil, wine, and sugar for the topping) into a large bowl or saucepan and blend everything well with a mixer until we have a smooth (liquid) batter without lumps. To start making the frixuelos, we need to have a non-stick pan and a saucepan with hot oil at all times, so we put it on the fire until it heats up well and then keep it on very low heat so it doesn’t cool down or get too hot. We will also need a container with white wine and another with sugar to give the final touch to the frixuelos.
