Preparation
In an express pot place the piloncillo with water, cloves and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, cut the squash into cubes of approximately 8 x 8 cm.
Once the piloncillo has dissolved, add the pumpkin and cover the pot.
Cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Cool the pot and uncover.
Add the guavas and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes without covering the pot. Serves hot
