Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and nutmeg in a large bowl until well blended.
Add eggs, milk and butter; mix everything well. Incorporates 1/2 cup of coconut. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake the cake for 35 minutes or until when inserting a knife in the center, it comes out clean. Let it cool. Top the cake with the whipped cream and the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut just before serving.
