Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 apples, bare and without heart
  • 20 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 10 milliliters lime juice
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 1 package flavored gelatin dessert, Gari brand
  • sugar, to bathe the gummies

Preparation

Grind the apples.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat for about 20 minutes and keep moving.
Empty in silicone molds, if not in a tray with waxed paper.
Refrigerate until set. Cut into cubes or cutters the way you want.
Stir each figure in sugar.
