Ingredients

5 portions
  • 3 cups coconut, grated
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1/3 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and the condensed milk.
Add the nut and mix well.
Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Add the mixture to the muffin pans.
Put them in the oven for 10 minutes or until the color is slightly toasted.
Remove the cocadas when the mold is cold.
