Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Corn syrup
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • pinches salt
  • 40 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • walnuts

Preparation

In a saucepan add sugar, milk, corn syrup, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and butter, mix until thick.
Remove the pot from the heat and remove the cinnamon slit, let the mixture cool.
Add the nuts to the pots face down, when the mixture is cold add the vanilla and mix until it loses its shine.
Pour the mixture into the saucers and even the surface.
Let them harden and remove the pot.
