Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Separate the pulp in two, strain the first half, the remaining pulp reserve it with everything and seeds.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the passion fruit pulp without seeds, the coconut milk, the sweetener and the aniseed water. Beat until you get a smooth mixture with air.
Pour the mixture from the bowl into small containers, add the molds in a tray with water until it covers half or bain-marie. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Remove the molds from the oven and for the cover add the passion fruit pulp with seeds to the molds.
Refrigerate the molds with the preparation for 1 hour. Enjoy
