Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons Orange liqueur
  • 1 sachet yeast powder
  • 1 cup Extra Special® Blueberry Jam
  • 1 cup Orange honey Extra Special, (small cup)
  • 75 grams chocolate, foundant
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 glass extra virgin olive oil Extra Special

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, grated lemon peel, yeast, previously melted butter and liquor in a bowl, until you get a very compact dough
Divide this dough into 6 portions and spread them in strips of 2 to 3 millimeters thick, then distribute on a strip, the Extra Special marmalade to spoons separated from each other. On the other strip also Extra Special honey and on the third, the chocolate previously grated and arranged in piles
Cover each strip seasoned with another strip as a sandwich and press the edges so that they remain stuck so that the filling does not come out (you can do it with a fork), then cut the surprises with the shapes you want and fry them in a pan with Extra Special oil hot until you see them brown
Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar
