The sincronizadas are always a delicious healthy option for breakfast, try this original and tasty recipe for sweet sincronizadas prepared with apple, banana and cinnamon in the tortilla mix. Serve with a soft portion of Nutella® and fruits. You'll love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup wheat flour, for tortillas
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted, for tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for tortillas
  • 2 eggs, for tortillas
  • 1/4 cups banana, for tortillas
  • 1/4 cups apple, for tortillas
  • 1/2 cups milk, for tortillas
  • enough spray oil
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella®, (18 g each) to serve
  • 1 orange, cut in segments, to serve
  • 1 grapefruit, cut in segments, to serve
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, cut in half, to serve

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients of the tortilla mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat a pan over medium heat, sprinkle with cooking spray, pour a little of the mixture and form the tortillas and cook for about 3 minutes. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
On a board with a spoon or a spatula spread a tortilla with Nutella® and cover with another tortilla.
Cut in four as a "pizza" and place on the side the segments of orange, grapefruit and strawberries. Serve your sincronizadas with a glass of milk and a glass of juice.

TIPS

Remember to pour a very thin layer of tortilla mixture so that they are perfect.
