Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon whole clove, ground
  • 3 rajas cinnamon
  • 100 grams brown paper
  • 4 cups Water

Preparation

Take the ripe bananas and peel them, completely remove the peel.
Add the water in a pot with the panela, the cloves, the cinnamon and cook over high heat.
