Preparation
In a saucepan add the water, the tamarind syrup and the sugar, mix cold with a spoon.
Heat over medium heat and stir with the spoon, until the water boils, add the gelatin until it is incorporated and remove from the heat.
Transfer the mixture to a container and cool at room temperature or using an ice bath.
In lollipop molds, place the tamarind sweets in the center and add the tamarind mixture until it is flush. Freeze for about 2 hours.
Unmold the popsicles and enjoy them accompanied by chili powder and chamoy.
