These delicious tarts are the perfect dessert because they have a crust that goes perfect with the filling of whipped cream and fruit. You can make it the size you like; Large to share or small as individual portions of canapés.

Ingredients

40 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour, white or integral
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • enough spray oil
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • to taste strawberry
  • to taste kiwi
  • to taste peach in syrup

Preparation

Mix flour, milk, oil and salt. It forms a uniform mass; Refrigerate for 10 minutes in a plastic bag.
