Ingredients: 1 envelope D´Gari® vanilla flan, 140 g; 1 liter cow's milk; 2 cups flour; 1 cup butter, at room temperature; 1/2 cups icing sugar; 1 egg yolk; 1 pinch salt; 1 tablespoon water, chill; 1/2 cups strawberries, cut into quarters; 1/2 cups raspberries; 1/2 cups blueberries; 3 sprigs spearmint

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Cream the butter with the sugar and salt, add the yolk, the tablespoon of cold water, and the flour. Incorporate until you have a homogeneous dough, refrigerate and set aside.
