Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 cups tangerine juice
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup cookie, ground base
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted to the base
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie, ground for layers
  • 2 cups tangerine segment, to fill and decorate
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the butter in a pan at low temperature and add the flour, wait for it to integrate well and pour the tangerine juice and add the sugar; Cook 5 minutes until thick, remove and cool.
Beat the cream cheese and add the tangerine sauce, integrate perfectly and reserve.
Mix the ground biscuit with the melted butter and reserve.
To assemble the carlota, line a rectangular mold with plastic film and spread a layer of the cheese mixture, place mandarin segments and sprinkle a layer of ground biscuit; Repeat the operation until the mold is finished and in the last layer, add the biscuit mixture with butter to make the base. Chill for 24 hours.
Unmold and remove the plastic; Smooth if necessary and decorate.

PRESENTATION

It is decorated with segments of tangerine and mint.

Prepare the carlota a day before so that it has the desired consistency.
