Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams condensed milk
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 envelopes mango pulp
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 20 grams chantilly cream
  • 2 cups Water

Preparation

Dissolve the grenetina in hot water.
Blend cold milk, condensed milk, pulp and dissolved grenetina.
Beat the whites until stiff with the sugar and add them to the previous mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Decorate with chantilly cream and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

You can make spirals of cream with a pastry bag and put fruits like strawberries, peaches, mango, etc.

TIPS

To the chantilly cream you can add colored chips.
