Ingredients: 3 cups Chokis® brownie, for the base; 1/2 cups walnuts, for the base; 1/4 cups butter; 4 cups cream cheese, for the cheesecake; 2 cups whipping cream, for the cheesecake; 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the cheesecake; 2 cups Chokis® cookies, for the cheesecake; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the cheesecake; 1 cup chocolate chips, bitter for the cheesecake; whipped cream, chocolate for decorating; Chokis® brownie, for decorating

In a processor, crush the Chokis® Brownie cookies and walnuts, add the butter and mix until you have a homogeneous and firm dough. Place on a cake base and press to compact. Refrigerate. Beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, condensed milk, chopped Chokis® cookies, gelatin, and mix until combined, pour over the cookie base and refrigerate for 2 hours. Unmold and set aside.
