In a processor, crush the Chokis® Brownie cookies and walnuts, add the butter and mix until you have a homogeneous and firm dough. Place on a cake base and press to compact. Refrigerate. Beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, condensed milk, chopped Chokis® cookies, gelatin, and mix until combined, pour over the cookie base and refrigerate for 2 hours. Unmold and set aside. Decorate with whipped cream and Chokis® Brownie cookies.
