Heat the butter in a pan over low heat and add the flour, wait for it to combine well and pour in the mandarin juice and add the sugar; cook for 5 minutes until it thickens, remove and cool. Beat the cream cheese and add the mandarin sauce, integrate perfectly and set aside.
