Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate chip cookie, crushed; 1/2 cups butter, melted; 2 cups white chocolate, for the banana ganache; 1/2 cups banana purée, for the banana ganache; 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot, for the banana ganache; 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate, finely chopped, for the chocolate ganache; 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot, for the chocolate ganache; 1/2 cups m&m´s, whole peanuts, for the filling; whipping cream, for decorating; m&m´s, for decorating

In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter; then spread the mixture in a pie pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For the banana ganache, in a bowl, mix the heavy cream with the banana puree and white chocolate, stir until melted, and then pour this mixture over the pie base until it reaches halfway up the container; distribute m&m's® peanuts and refrigerate again for 30 minutes (minimum).
