Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 3 golden apples, cut into sheets
  • 2 packages Extra Special® Goat Cheese with Walnut
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/3 cups Extra Special® Honey from Acahual Flower Spreads
  • 1 branch Fresh mint

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured surface until it reaches a thickness of 3mm, using a knife cut 3 circles of 20 cm in circumference.
Place on a tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the refined sugar and cook for 2 minutes, add the apples and cook for 5 more minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the filling, with the help of a spatula, add the goat cheese with walnut, add the orange zest, the rosemary and the honey until it is integrated.
Place a puff pastry disk on a cake base, add the goat cheese with walnut, a few slices of caramelized apple in the center.
Repeat the process until you finish with the three puff pastry disks, finish with apples on top and decorate with mint.
