Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo puff pastry
  • enough wheat flour, to extend
  • 3 cups dulce de leche (caramel)
  • to taste almond, fillet and toast

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
On a floured surface spread the puff pastry with the help of a roller ½ cm thick.
With the help of a plate and a knife cut 10 puff pastry disks, place the disks in a tray and chop with a fork, place a tray on top and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
