In a bowl, add the Tres Estrellas® French Vanilla Cake Flour, the milk, the egg one by one, and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and the orange zest; beat until you obtain a creamy consistency. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the mixture, and bake at 160°C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. With the help of a fork, make small holes all over the sponge cake. Chill.
