Ingredients

10 portions
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup almond, toast and ground
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups almond, whole
  • 1 tablespoon almond essence
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and beat the butter softened with sugar.
Add the eggs, one by one until they sponge a bit and add the almond and vanilla extracts.
Sift the flour, with the baking powder and the pinch of salt.
To integrate the dry ingredients (flour, dust to bake and salt), to the container where the eggs and the extracts, to beat at low speed.
Add the toasted ground almentras to the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes until a stick comes out clean and smooth texture but firm.
Unmold, let cool and decorate with whole almond.
