Ingredients

12 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 200 milliliters unsweetened yogurt
  • 25 milliliters Rum
  • 4 teaspoons walnut, chopped

Preparation

Mix the flour, milk and egg without stopping to form a thick paste.
Apart sprinkle a pan with a shot of PAM® Butter, with a spoon take part of the mixture, add a small amount, quickly turning the pan to form the thin crepe, turn and cook on the other side. So until you finish with the mixture.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cajeta and the rum to make a sauce, heat it.

PRESENTATION

Serve the crepes in triangles and bathe them with the hot sauce, and sprinkle walnut on top.

TIPS

To obtain a better flavor, flame the rum, that is, place it in a metal ladle and place it on top with a match, add it to the cajeta and yogurt mixture until it turns off.
