Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour a mold of 26 cm.
Sift the flour and reserve. In a bowl begin to beat the yolks with a mixer at high speed until they acquire a white tone, then add the cup of sugar and continue beating until this mixture thickens and reserves.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat. In these add the mixture of the yolks with sugar together with the sifted flour, mix with a wooden shovel in an enveloping form so that they do not fall.
Empty the mixture in the greased and floured mold and bake for 30 min. Check by putting a knife in the center and that it comes out clean. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
Unmold and with a fork make some small holes in the bread taking care not to break.
In the blender place the condensed milk, evaporated, half cream, vanilla, brandy and liquefy. Pour all this mixture directly into the bread and let it absorb it. Place the bread in a tray taking care not to spill the milk. Rest and taste.
