Tropical Fruit Parfaits with Maracuyá Sauce

Try these rich tropical fruit parfaits and passion fruit sauce. It is a fresh dessert since the pineapple, papaya, mango and granda are fruits with a lot of flavor and that by joining them they form a balanced dessert that everyone will love.

  • 3 passion fruit
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup, in pieces
  • 3 cups mango, cut into small cubes
  • 3 cups papaya, cut into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate


Cut the ends from the ends of the passionfruit. Use a spoon to extract the pulp. Put it in a metal mesh strainer over the blender. Press down the pulp with the back of the spoon in order to extract the juice and fall into the blender. Add the cream cheese with the sugar in the blender; put the lid. Drink it well; put it aside.
In 12 glasses for dessert or for parfait and put inside each 1/4 cup of the pineapple pieces. Cover them forming a layer with 1 tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture, another with 1/4 cup of mango cubes, one more with another cda. of the cream cheese mixture and the last with 1/4 cup of cubes of potatoes already. Crown each of the parfaits with 2 tbsp. of coverage and 2 tbsp. from Granada.
Serve these parfaits immediately. Or if not, refrigerate them until serving time.
