Ingredients

  • 100 milliliters whipping cream

  • 375 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter
  • 115 grams cocoa
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 grams walnut, milled

Preparation

Put the whipping cream in a bain marie, add sugar and mix until completely dissolved, once dissolved, add the undo coffee in the same way, when the mixture is completely ready, remove from the heat.
