Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams blackberry
  • 100 grams raspberry
  • 350 grams strawberry, washed and disinfected, in halves
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 4 Vanilla flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • fresh berries

Preparation

In a small pot, pour the blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, sugar and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until a thick mixture is obtained; let cool.
In a glass place a base of the fruit mixture, on top place half of a vanilla flavor Danette®, put more fruit mixture and on top half the remaining Vanilla flavor Danette; refrigerate. Repeat the procedure until the ingredients are finished.
To serve, place fruits to decorate and go.

TIPS

You can substitute the fruit mix for flavor jam of your choice.
