This is a super fluffy pancake and suitable for diabetics. Its delicious and perfumed vanilla flavor is perfect for dessert or enjoy in the evening in the company of your loved ones.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Pass the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and mixture through a colander. Melt the butter and beat the eggs until they foam.
Add butter, vegetable oil and mix. Integrate vanilla and sugar and incorporate.
Pour half the mixture of dried; half of the milk, mix to then incorporate the rest.
Grease and flour a mold. Pour the mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes; lowering the temperature to 180 ° C.
Desmolda and serves.

TIPS

Put a toothpick before removing it from the oven to see if it is ready. If it comes out clean, you can remove it from the oven.
